Recently left PwC to go to a different firm. New firm marketed itself as super flexible, very remote friendly, WLB, etc. I actually had quite a few fully remote opps but I liked this one. I could go in to an office when I wanted or if I set up client meetings in person, etc. I was VERY vocal about seeking flexibility & remote friendly & wanted to be hybrid as needed with a BIG focus on flexibility to come in and out as I needed & WFH as much as I wanted. Accepted offer..*cue bait & switch😭

Working in erstwhile Dunn Solutions which has now merged with Kaar technologies Inc has been an incredibly enlightening experience. From starting as a simple PowerBI data analyst, I have had the opportunity to work on multiple technology stacks such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, FiveTran and more. I have also worked in AI as well, since the nature of consulting enables us to be hands on with all the latest technologies. Look forward to many more learning experiences.

I'm finding navigating secondary infertility incredibly difficult, particularly because of having to balance the desire for a second child with the demands of parenting my existing one. What strategies or sources of support have you found most helpful in managing this emotional rollercoaster? And also, what has been the most unexpected or challenging aspect of this journey, while already parenting another child/children?

I’ve worked in pharma for 10 years across field and home office roles, all US commercial. As I reflect on that time, I see that I was the happiest and healthiest when I was working completely remote. I feel the need to make a change, but I see more and more companies adopt 3+ days in office with limited flexibility. Are there any companies that are still fully remote or flexibly hybrid?

Is anyone’s company actually doing hybrid work in a way that doesn't feel like a punishment? The rto mandates are finally hitting my team, and surprise, surprise, the collaboration they promised is just us sitting in a noisy open floor plan on Zoom calls. I spent two hours in traffic today. I’m at my desk wearing noise-canceling headphones to drown out the sales team's ruckus.

Anyone been able to successfully work two jobs at once? Currently at a T2 consulting firm (Strategy&, LEK, AlixPartners) but don’t feel like I make enough to support my family. Looking for handheld massager.Any brand and model recommendations.. Is theragun Worth the hype. Amazon have one with toloco for 40 bucks with ton of reviews. Not sure why there is so much price difference. I don't exercise much, mainly looking for back ,neck and head massager to treat sore muscles in these areas.
