Hello! I am currently seeking a teaching position in PreK–6th grade. I am enrolled in the T.E.A.C.H. Alternative Certification Program and am working toward completing my MTTC exams. I am passionate about working with children and bring strong skills, dedication, and a solid foundation of educational knowledge to the classroom. I am eager to support student growth while continuing to develop as an educator.

I am considering recruiting with Houlihan Lokey for their TAS practice. Was curious if anyone had insights into what TAS looks like for them in terms of pay, WLB, culture, etc. I see a lot on here about them from the past year but I’m curious from those who actually work at Houlihan. I’ve got a while before I would jump ship from where I currently am, I’m just wondering for the future.

Got invited phone screening with HR at Mckinsey for Associate position. What do they ask? Just general fit like why consulting and why Mck? Is this still a part of data point together with CV and solve game for 1R interview? If not, does HR person decide pass/reject after this?

I applied Associate, completed Solve game with score 10 decile (540+) and HR phone screening at McK. However, I was not invited to 1R interview. I thought TBH, I'd go 1R interview. I believe I did good during my HR call and now I don't know what should I have to do more.

I'm apart of the ibew local union as a electrician but I'm still learning i have a bit of experience but in only a pre apprentice I really want to expand my knowledge and really know my trade I'm struggling finding a job who's willing to teach idk what else to do

Hello! Any advice? I am an HR and I am just wondering if it is a good idea to reach out to different tech schools for their post grads to get possible applicants for a tech related position. What do you think about this idea? Thank you!

McK folks who exited to tech without a prior background in tech - what did you read / podcasts you listened to to get smart on the space, concepts / lingo, news etc? Trying to get a little smarter on the space before I recruit.
