If I’m strapped for cash and take a temp to perm job, and am offered a permanent job a few weeks later (with a different company), should I feel bad for leaving the temp role?
There’s no guarantee they’ll keep me, but I’m sure they wouldn’t ask for me if they didn’t want me - but there’s no timeline on their end. They said “it’s up to you, if you show us you want it then we’ll move forward.”
I’ve also been in temp roles for years with no transition. So I’m iffy on temp to perm placements.
