I've been working with weight mgmt/ women's health HRT /holistic care for sometime; I'm currently working for one of the bigger online companies - pretty flexible, good gig. Collaborate with PA/NP's Saw post for a physician moderator at Midi, I'm familiar with company. It listed the pay at 110 per hr, sounds like you're on call for the NP's? What threw me was they asked if you could work Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific time? Does anyone have information about Midi for docs?

Hello everyone, I am currently on active duty orders in Texas to obtain a CBET certification. I graduate in October, and I am trying to secure a job offer asap. Curious if anyone has current feedback on the overall culture at National Instruments (now a division of Emerson) in Austin, TX? Understood a number of changes occurring, as is the case with most large companies, but primarily looking for information on values (i.e. is family a priority?) and how employees treat one another (professional environment vs..not). I thought this was interesting. Old news for people out of Texas, but Whataburger sold a controlling interest to company out of Chicago. When they recently launched a King of the Hill collab, people got mad because they said they’re not a Texas company anymore. I think that’s pretty ridiculous. I am a sucker for a collab. If I was in Texas, I would jump on it. Is anyone in here from Texas and have an opinion on this?

I get that Texas is growing, but why are all of these firms making a push into the Texas market? There aren’t enough lawyers here to build out offices for each firm. Recent new office openings: Houston - S&C, Dechert and Paul Weiss, Dallas - Dechert, K&S (already here but major expansion and supposedly Latham and Weil - Austin.
