In the last year Ocean Job Lot has basically screwed its ATLs. We went from salary to hourly with no bonus. We were allowed 45 hours. But vacations and sick days we lost money since we could only get 8 hours instead of the 9. Then one week before Christmas, we were informed, despite record sales, that we are being cut to 40 and dont dare go 40.1 hours. For most of us that is almost $200+ a week we are losing. And the company just got an award for best company to work for. Total BS!

I have one massive whaleof a deal that has been dragging on for months and if it closes by Dec 31st it changes my entire financial year. Bain & Company is being “deferred” to wave 2 a soft denial? Received an email that interviews for Wave 1 reached capacity, but they “plan to reconsider for Wave 2 in Jan/Feb” I’ve never seen this before at any org, so wondering if it’s just a soft let down “No.” I recently just took their TestGorilla.

I’m an In-House Counsel who just got asked to oversee the Marketing team. I’m not really handling the transition well. I’m literally explaining to a 24-year-old why we can't use a copyrighted song in a TikTok ad without a license. How do you make a transition like this easier?
