Why does a company named Tilt who "manage leave" need to exist? And why are they asking for protected health information, when they do not approve FMLA? Why are they sharing that information, as well as private conversation details with employers? I feel like my privacy has been violated, and HIPPA laws are being broken. This is causing great stress that I really don't need after receiving 2 life changing medical diagnoses in three weeks. They claim they 'manage my healthcare". NOPE.

What’s your ideal ratio for switching between sitting and standing during a long shift? After months of reading about the dangers of sitting all day, I finally convinced management to get me a line standing desk. I was so excited that I stood for almost six straight hours on my first day while cranking out a major project proposal. Now my lower back is absolutely screaming, and my calves feel like bricks, proving that moderation is apparently a lesson I still need to learn.

My orientation was extended without explanation. I ask for feedback in real-time and asked if there are additional things I need to know. From my view I assumed I was coming off orientation as initially scheduled. I can't decide if I'm being handled lightly and my manager is waiting for me to assert myself or if there is some reason I was extended. I've never had an extended orientation before. After a bit I'm just ready to be released to he wild, I've got this.

      - I do really like the designs that Lucid makes, particularly the interior UX implementation in the Gravity. Touch-sensitive d-pad controls for the top screen that also click like real buttons is very nice. I also like that they've placed physical controls beneath the infotainment screen for the bare minimum HVAC controls, volume control, and they even gave you a programmable toggle. https://shortscars.blogspot.com/2025/10/lucid-gravity-design-balance-of-form.html

I hold mostly VTI/VOO which has been great so far. Human greed kicking in here - should I tilt portfolio one way to get more returns while staying relatively simple? For example, should I add VUG, VGT, QQQ/M, MGK, to increase exposure to the larger players? Thoughts on keeping it simple to “VTI/VOO and chill” or is that silly? Context: 30M, no debt, renting, $200k salary, ~750k NW

Best Early Career Rotational Programs? I'm exploring rotational programs for early-career professionals. Looking for programs with genuine cross-functional exposure, strong mentorship, and good work-life balance. Has anyone done a rotational program? Which companies have the best ones? Did it deliver on promises or was it overhyped? Any programs to avoid? Would love real experiences vs. recruiting pitches. Thanks!
