I recently interviewed with Citi – Mississauga and completed the first round of interviews via a Karat interview. I’ve been selected for the second round, which will be a Zoom interview with the tech lead and other senior team members. I’m reaching out to ask if anyone can share their experiences and the types of questions I might expect in this round. Also, what are the typical next steps after this stage of the interview process? im selected for citi through LTM, but its very slow process here, i joined 1 week back but no manager from citi reached me yet, just waiting , but i received a mail today that my profile has been proposed to a team , they said kindly expect an interview call for evaluation if required, this is irritating i already given 3rounds including a client round with citi, now after joining to get into team again inteview , i dont know whats this regarding

I have an interview with Revlon! I'm very excited about this but also feel like I mess up every single interview because I get nervous and forget how to brag on myself. I'm a very humble person. Any advice or tips? Anyone have the video interview with Revlon before?

I just want to say that I had a great experience with Karat's interviewing approach for a role at Citi. I much prefer Karat over CodeSignal. Karat is better structured with a domain knowledgeable person. I hope more companies will start interviewing candidates with Karat.

When a candidate bombs one part of a technical interview but does really well on the others, do you still push them forward? I just want to know how much flexibility there is behind the scenes versus what candidates are told about failing a round.

I’ve made it to final rounds twice and lost out to candidates with more direct industry experience. The feedback is always close call. I’m getting discouraged. How do I keep momentum without second guessing my entire background?

Made it to final rounds vs. internal candidate. They gave it to the internal candidate but are considering creating another role for me.. bummed but better than a full rejection. Fingers crossed this turns into an actual opportunity
