Has anyone here applied to a company called Coforge? 2 different people reached out to me regarding my application. The 1st person called to ask some pre-screening questions and then scheduled me for a Level 1 online interview. Later, 2nd person from the same company also called, asked the same pre-screening questions, but then told me I am not qualified 'cause they were looking for specific skills. The 1st person never mentioned that at all. Are these people just tripping and wasting my time?

For full Ironman triathletes, I’m (29M) thinking about quitting on my full Ironman before 30 goal (I turn 30 in November) and I need advice. Unfortunately, a long term relationship ended in April which killed my last 70.3 in May and I’ve since lost all motivation. I’m emotionally/mentally drained and not sure I can gamble on being physically drained too. Do I chase the 140.6 or wait another season?

Do you have any rules about receiving tips in your hotel? I was really helpful to a couple who stayed in our hotel for the past week, and they offered me a tip that's as big as a week's paycheck. I have offers from a top MM PE fund ($300K comp) and a CoS role at a top HF working w/C-Suite ($360k+ comp). I need to decide ASAP, what should I go for? I’ve been aiming to move to PE for 2 years but can’t help feel excited by the HF role more, although trajectory seems unstructured.
