Theres a possibility ill be getting an offer soon and my fiance and i recently refurnished our house with brand new furniture and appliances and electronics. I put it all on my credit card to get the points. The statement just came out and it looks like I have 30K debt but this is all gonna be paid immediately. My credit report shows 30k debt and now im worried i wont pass the check (Flawless credit history, no missed payment etc

Does anyone have any insight on the employment status for Capital One where you’ve “passed” the power days but there isn’t a role currently open? I interviewed for a principal role but was instead approved for a senior associate role. The recruiter told me that I have a year where I wouldn’t have to interview again and my information would just be sent to the hiring manager if a senior role opened up. Has anyone experienced this? Were you able to get hired and how long did it take?

Capital One hiring process- feeling too much frustrated! Having cleared my Power Day interviews and HM call, recruiter first told me that they are moving forward with me (even talked about comp band fit /relocation/potential start date). after not hearing from her for a week, I emailed her asking the next steps. few days later, she replies that the role will not be moving forward with me. No explanation on what happened. Feeling much disappointed with this lack of clarity :(

Does Capital One accept Day 1 CPT candidates? Capital One Interviewing for a Senior BA role at Capital One. Just got the immigration questionnaire and I'm on Day 1 CPT. I’ve gone through two Power Days with Capital One for a Principal Associate role in the risk space without an offer. It’s extremely devastating and frustrating to invest so much time, energy, and work to be disappointed over and over. I feel like I’m answering 80% of the questions well and I have a good chance but I still come up short. Can anyone from Capital One or experience with them help me understand what I am missing?

Has anyone interviewed with Capital One multiple times before? I went through a "power day" back in 2024 and didn't get the job, but have been repeatedly asked to interview for various roles since then and have never moved into another power day. I'm convinced that they're only reaching out to me to check a legal box before hiring internally so that they don't have to bother looking for new candidates.
