I currently work for a local buisness where I was tasked with setting up an online sales system. I was told Id recieve a certain amount of hours and pay well over a month ago. Class of 2023 junior who was laid off last year (due to slow business). Am I allowed to apply to entry level/3L positions? I have no problem dropping down several class years, I just want to get back to working a stable job. The posting I see is in a totally different practice group than the one I started in, but I love the work of that group. Anyone else use platforms like Upwork and find the worst people on there? How do you keep your confidence up when you feel like you are always being scammed by clients wanting to waste your time and underpay you? I use Upwork to supplement my income. Had someone commission an SEO guide for 2500 words, looked at it and it was clearly more. I called the manager out and he left a borderline career-ending review which will not get taken down.
