I have an offer as Sr associate strategic finance , seems like a tough culture and the work seems ok , may be worth it for the pay and prestige, and can get me set up to work in earlier stage afterwards. So Uber does Halloween Costume contests. Sometimes by department, sometimes by site. Obviously the younger teams get WAY more into it and someone literally wore a body suit and dressed up like sassy patrick star (it was a whole vibe). I love the energy, honestly, but it seems like not all teams do. What are your thoughts on company engagement activities like this?
