I applied for a job today, and on the questionnaire that no one looks at, they asked a question that baffled me. Well, the request rather, was to write down something that makes me unique. They said make sure to write something that catches their eye (not exaggerating) . I was wondering if they were serious. My thing is... aren't we all unique in our own ways. What could I say that no one else said so far? Its starting to feel like a game thats sometimes and unpredictable in the worst ways.

I was recently impacted by a layoff at Citigroup after four years. With over 16 years of experience in QA and test automation, this transition feels especially uncertain given the current job market.
