I'm 31 yrs old boy. I'm in kuwait since 5 yr as Merchandiser im Carrefour hyper mkt. Nowdays I'm feeling bore working in same palace & same routine. I applied to the role and had an interview with the manager. It went well but I clarified that I need visa. A week after, they told me "at this point, we would love to continue with you if we can sponsor you a visa". Then last week we had a meeting again, they told me that visa won't be an issue. They'll be passing this information to the manager and "if I'm her top pick, I'll be contacted for an offer". Is this good? Bad?

Hello everyone, How should I answer the visa question in interviews? I usually say: “I’m on F1 OPT EAD, authorized to work for any employer for 3 years. I don’t need sponsorship during this time, and I’d love to grow long-term with the same company if sponsorship is possible later.” But many interviews don’t move forward after this. Is there a better way to phrase this given the current U.S. job market?
