As a hiring manager, I sometimes second-guess myself on how I read people—resumes and interviews only show so much. Funny enough, my boyfriend told me he used this dating coach AI (l.artics-us.com/now) to figure out what was holding him back, so I tried it too. It analyzes how women see you and gives super accurate feedback. Honestly made me think about how much AI could help with spotting blind spots when evaluating people.
This tech recruiter (for mostly developers / engineers) posted about what hiring managers hope you know on your own without AI. Obvs, in the candidate process, there's likely a coding test, but how many of you can explain the project insights, rather than just show the AI? https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7401644489578184707/
Now as a Bravo fan, this would actually be a really engaging feature. I think it would be cool from a novelty perspective for the most part, maybe not actual use day to day, but cool nonetheless! Have you seen other streaming companies do anything similar with AI? https://www.adweek.com/convergent-tv/peacock-bravo-ai-andy-cohen/
