During our latest all-hands meeting, the VP decided to address our teams' “concerns” about the lack of WLB. He stated that WLB isn’t real, it’s just something trendy people like to talk about online. Then he said what we should all actually be striving for is work life integration. He looked so smug, but didn’t bother to explain what that meant. But, is he right about the whole WLB is a myth thing?
