Needing some advice. I’m working for a startup company and have done all the work. Initial cleaning, logistics, material handling, ordering supplies for the plant, built file cabinet, tables, and much more trying to prove myself, only to continuously get negative feedback from by boss who’s done minimal work and has spent an embarrassing amount of time at the admins desk. Thinking about leaving, but don’t know how to navigate being there everyday until then. The work environment is just toxic.

I have a question for HR personnel. I’ve run across several managers in my career who do not know how to manage people and are quite toxic. In some cases, it is well known in other cases less so. In a recent example, a manager has an extremely high turnover rate, and some employees have complained to their VP. Nothing has been done and good people have been lost. What kind of recourse is there employees do not trust HR possibly for good reason but it’s really unknown whether they would help. ïżŒ

Small expenses can have a big impact on property management profits. While managers watch major repairs, mortgages, and taxes, it’s the little things—coffee runs, supply trips, and auto-renewing subscriptions—that quietly drain cash flow. The solution: track every expense digitally, review monthly, and cut waste. No bookkeeper? Start small. Want to save time and stress? Do you have coworkers who consistently take a morning dump at work? Not shaming - it’s not about the act itself but rather the consistency of it. I’m also wondering if it’s a generational thing? I grew up when you mainly did that at home, & using an outside toilet for that was out of the norm. Just seems weird to me that these coworkers run into the bathroom (typically the less-frequently used one), with their phones in hand, turn the sink faucet on, and come out after several minutes. đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž 😂
