I have PCOS (was diagnosed 4 years ago), have been experiencing weight fluctuations, inflammation, gut issues, chronic stress (have been working in extremely toxic work environments for 7-8 years, was recently laid off & have no idea what works for my body anymore, & am considering trying out a GLP-1 medication to see if that will help me slim down. Is anyone taking any Oral GLP-1 medications? If so, has it been working for you & your weight loss & fitness goals? Any side effects?

I think I’m am having a crazy emotional crash after my adderall XR fades out around 6-10pm, anyone else have experience this? Super emotional, irritable at literally everything, like secretly depressed? I don’t know if it’s the medicine or just me, or too much coffee, but the past 2 weeks have been rough.. the 150mg of Wellbutrin obv ain’t working either.

How old are you and how many companies have you worked for since starting your career? I'll start it off. I'm 29 and I've only ever worked for Xylem. Honestly I wouldn't change it either. They have been a great company to work for.

Have you ever been lowballed so much that you laugh at an offer? I was thinking about switch companies at one point and the other company I interviewed at offered me 20% lower than my current salary. LOL. I politely told them it wasn't going to work and just stayed at Xylem. And I'm very happy I did.

What is the best perk/benefit at your job other than salary? Mine is that Xylem will pay down $100 of your student debt every month. It isn't a ton but it's absolutely something and will help me pay it down even faster than I would.

Would you recommend your field or company based on current growth rate? I would absolutely recommend Xylem and the water treatment field because everyone will always need a way to get clean water.

Who would you use for LMM buyside work? Plante Moran, BDO, RSM? We have typically used EY in the past for MM and UMM work and they did good work for us. Just can't justify the fee in the LMM.
