Applied for role that says "this relates to UK Corporate and Growth Strategy only", and not Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE), and then there's turnaround and restructuring strategy mentioned separately as the third core focus area. In HCl Tech, a employee with band E3 (consultant) get to prompt as E4 (group manager) and how HR will deal with his EPB, removing or transfering the amount into other componet in his pay scrip. GEO HR said just removing it because you get prompt and basic salary increase. anyone from hr team can address this question? based on EPB policy, EPB only applied to E0~E3 HCL tech employee.
