      Hello! I am a very experienced training and development professional, most recently with extensive experience in designing elearning and administering the organization‘s learning management system (LMS). I am actively job searching (currently employed looking to change employers). I am located in Ohio and interested in remote and/ or hybrid and would consider on-site. Does anyone have recommendations of recruiters to work with specifically in the elearning design and LMS administration fields?

      Hi all, any tips on how to respectfully negotiate an offer package? I have an offer from another company and don’t know how to effectively negotiate (will be my second job out of college). Will be a ~40% pay bump, similar role and location. What leverage do I have if my current company doesn’t match, I’m interviewing with other companies (no other written offers as of now), etc.? I know the market is tough right now so I’m also scared of it getting rescinded if I were to negotiate. Thanks!

      Received an offer from a company after three separate trips to their office which involved two rounds of interviews, one fundamentals assessment, and several weeks of waiting. This offer came in ten grand below the range I had told them when I first spoke with someone from the company. The rest of the benefits I’m fine with or don’t really apply to me because I have them covered already. I am wanting to know what my best route to negotiate into my desired salary range is?

      Mgmt gave me a clear KPI (increase engagement/MAU for existing users) and a proposed solution. There are similar tools; ours would be free/integrated I'm reading Continuous Discovery Habits to prep and want to avoid jumping to delivery. My plan is to treat the solution as an idea and still research/validate the opportunity Some Qs When mgmt gives outcome and solution, how do you conduct discovery? Since MAU is a lagging metric, is it worth replacing it?

      What are some ways that your leaders have supported you in stretch tasks or assignments? I ask because I’ve recently partnered with a direct report through one. I had them build the solution architecture document for a solution our team was driving. It’s uncomfortable for them to do but I think it’s healthy to offer opportunities for exposure instead of protecting them from it.

      Has anyone applied and heard back from Meridial by Invisible? I have applied for multiple positions, get the assessment and take it then nothing. It has been 3 weeks since I took my first assessment and I just put in another. I know I passed the assessment. Easy Peasy. So what gives?

      I'm currently working as a patent litigator and thinking about retool to L&E for better in house prospects. My firm does not have an L&E group so I'm considering lateraling. How receptive are L&E firms to retooled applicants? I'm junior (2 YOE) and willing to start over from year 1.
