Are acai bowls considered “healthy” meals?
Ingredients seem clean individually, and calories approximate a typical meal. I (F34) work out 2-3x a week and often crave them as a seemingly light healthy meal 1x-2x a week. But recently discovered how many carbs are in them. Are they actually bad to eat as meals if trying to lose weight?
