I am not getting any interview calls today even if i put Serving Notice period.My CCTC 17lpa.Anyone facing same issue?

I am average performer technically and don't have that smart communication skills as well ..I survived for 11 years in IT with this. Now I am feeling tensed becoz expectations are more from me and leadership is needed now. Please guys tell me how can I survive for few more years.Atleast I need to work for 5-6 yrs more. Will it be possible with this average skills.Anyone is having same issue like me.please give some advice or mantra to sustain for few more years.I am loosing hopes and confidence

This may be controversial, but I’ve seen cases where Indian leadership at the top can harm a healthy work environment through micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and poor work-life balance, pushing teams beyond their roles while cutting costs. After our UK management handed control to a new director in India, the team has increasingly been made to feel like underperformers despite consistent effort. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this!

I have 3 Offers in hand HCL - 18Fix + 1L variable Globant - 20.6 Fix Presidio solutions - 20Fix with other benefits Tech: .Net, Angular, React, Azure. Exp: 4.7 YOE I have only 5 days left for joining Presidio has good ambition box reviews but it's a small company. Globant has negative reviews. Can you guys suggest which is good based on the above. Job security, WLB is my priority..

Client interview didn't cleared in TCS for which i was hired an an experienced person. It's been 15 days I joined and 13 days since the client interview taken which I couldn't clear. What would be next steps/actions taken by / on me?
