My NP in current company is 90 days. However the DOJ mentiined in offer letter is after 70 days, not sure why. Hope BNY will revise the date, I didnt sign and accept the offer yet.

I got a call from BNY Mellon , for mainframe system programmer role. But im hearing missed feedback. Could any one help me answer the below question. 1. What is the salary component for Grade I(Senior Associate) & GRADE J(VP) ? Is it so flat that it has only PF and rest all are in hand ? 2. Do they pay very less comparing to market standard ? 3. As of now i was told its 2 days office and 3 days wfh ? Will there be any plan in future on increasing this work from office ? 4. How is wrk culture ?

Has anybody's bonus got cut due to moving from from org to another due to restructuring within BNY? Are they helping normalise it or is it a net loss?
