The Hartford India offer — take it or leave it? Current: ₹32 LPA (100% fixed) Offer: ₹50 LPA (42L fixed | 8L variable) 56% overall hike. Fixed jump is 31%. Variable is 16% of total CTC. Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Disappointing experience, especially when my managers acknowledged my contributions and performance throughout the year.
