Thank you for the response and the feedback. We are sorry you feel this way and we’re a little surprised. Our communications since your resignation indicated that you felt differently. We’d be happy to talk through this with you. For those who are reading this, we’d like to respond to a few of his points: 1. We reward and thank our team members on a regular basis, not just when they resign. We have regular contests, parties, send gift cards home to the team member and their spouse, and many other things. We also compensate above market average for our industry, which we feel is appropriate and are glad to do. 2. There is an opportunity every year to earn a President’s Club trip. 3. We provide trips to our employees when they hit their 10-year anniversary with us, I believe this individual took his family to Hawaii. We feel this is an appropriate token of gratitude. 4. We have and enforce a non-compete. The ultimate recourse for breaking this non-compete is, unfortunately, legal action. This is something that is reviewed in each exit interview. 5. We hold up our end of the agreement. We are still paying out commissions to this individual months after his leaving because that’s what we said we’d do.
