Merrill has bad technology, bad leadership, and keeps reducing bonus pay even though profits are increasing. Continually raising sales targets and cutting bonus payouts

The company offers exceptional time off starting the first year

Depending on your location the sales goals set can be unachievable and is the largest reason for turn over.
