The position was for a React Native role. One of the interviewers, who mentioned being the lead of the India team, focused mainly on LeetCode-style questions. Unfortunately, the interaction didn’t feel supportive — after giving the question, he went on mute without any engagement or guidance. Usually, interviews are more interactive, where the interviewer discusses the approach and thought process, but that wasn’t the case here. I eventually asked for another question to continue the discussion.
