I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lucky Strike Entertainment (Mechanicsville, VA)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to set up an interview. The recruiter was very helpful but that's where the positive experience ended. I had a weird vibe when I got there. It was clear the woman interviewing me knew nothing about my qualifications or resume, even though it was right in front of her. She was under the impression that I was transitioning from HR. (I've never worked in HR btw) The interview questions were very basic and predictable. The manager who interviewed me seemed drained and had absolutely zero energy or personality. She looked as if she didn't want to be there. Halfway through the interview I knew I was not longer interested in this position or company. I was asked in for a second interview but declined.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lucky Strike Entertainment (Mechanicsville, VA) in Aug 2018
Interview
It was professional, with quick response time and it was informative. I got a call 2 days after applying for the job and was asked to do a phone interview with the talent acquisition manager. She was very professional and informative about the job and what it intails. She asked me a multitude of questions which I answered to the best of my ability. Once the interview concluded I was informed of when I would hear back about second round interviews which was 3 to 4 days. I got a call back telling me that I was selected for an interview at the office and I was able to choose the day and time that I would be there. I came in for the interview and I met my supervisors and manager. They interviewed me for a little more than an hour and then I was done. They gave me a time period of 2 weeks before I would get a response to whether or not I would get the job and I got a call about 2 weeks later saying they would like extend me an offer.
