The company sells itself with agile jobs, but the leadership is visibly autocratic, which expects the candidate to guess answers according to their own prejudices, without the leadership sharing their own opinions. Leadership does not respect the candidate's time, being all the time participating in parallel online meetings. No wonder the company scores below average here on the platform.
