1st Round - Design Assignment 2nd Round - Technical Interview 3rd Round - Interview with Senior Management The panel was good though mostly was dominated by a single person. One drawback I encountered was a lack of feedback. Though I didn't make it to the final round they didn't have the courtesy to even mail me my rejection. After repeated follow-up emails, got a one-line response, 'You are rejected'. I was shocked but not shocked. Leave detailed feedback, they didn't even have the courtesy to send an empathized rejection. But a benefit of the doubt, unfortunately, my application was being handled by an intern whose responses were probably not being monitored.

1st presentation to a smaller team who provide you feedbacks to keep the presentation aligned to expectations. Then 2nd & 3rd round with the entire UX team. Any number of questions can come from UX, VD team
