Phone call from HR to screen CV and gauge interest... a Skype call/interview with my boss-to-be... then a panel interview (5 people) based around a role-play/situation that I had a weekend to prepare for... Followed by a second opinion interview with an unrelated VP, then immediately with an offer after that.
Went very swiftly, very efficient. The process only took as "long" as it did because of folks on holiday and arranging their schedules, etc.
