When you accept the interview process they sent you link of documents to learn above tech stack where you will implement using that for p2p and you need to let them know the date where they will send the problem statement that takes 6-8 hours to solve. Once you send the solution with all known issues they will take 3-4 weeks to review inspite of multiple followups The feedback for my solution which worked almost - was very vague and undetailed. They ask you to design solution for them - get their work done and you do not have chance to explain your solution. After investing so much time in learning the framework/tech they sent they are not bothered to have discussion. I would strongly suggest do not waste time when you are asked for similar interview process.
