To be honest, I get along with 99% of the people but ik you can’t always get on with everyone but you must always try to. When I have done my internship at Arc group, a senior member took a dislike to me for no reason. I tried to take advice from him so we get on the same side but he wasn’t interested. So one day, I decided to ask him politely if I have done smtgh to offend him. Simply, having this conversation with him changed everything. To conclude, we became friends inside and outside the company.
