I had sent an email and my resume over via email and got a quick response. I should have listened to the reviews above but I didn't and I regret it now. But anyway, on the day that I was suppose to interview I waited 4 hours before I had to chase someone down to reschedule. They stated that they were busy, which in the events industry I understand but that should have been a red flag. There was alot of back and forth on rescheduling but 3 days later I final had the interview. This phone interview lasted about 10 mins where most of the time the hiring manager belittled me and told me that I was not "Senior" enough for THEIR company and that I should work about 3 more years before even thinking about applying to THEIR company. To my knowledge there was a miscommunication about the listing and I tried to explain but was met with a repeat of "BYE BYE BYE" before hanging up on me. Worse experience ever.
