could you provide more details on the buggy solution in the second task and how you debugged it?

For my question, 
There were two errors,
one was with the data. There was a duplication of data and only one was supposed to be added so that left one not-added to the result file. 
for second there was some problem with the indexing, if I remember it correctly.
Its been two months so I dont rememeber everything.

IT was a test through teamviewer. No personnel was involved except the HR person whole got me connected with the PC.
