• Categorize my tasks: I categorize my tasks based on urgency and importance. For example do first tasks are urgent and important and need to be done as soon as possible because urgent tasks are time sensitive and require immediate attention nor or within few hours or by the end of the today. So In my tasks spreadsheet , I listed the tasks as “high priority” Schedule tasks are important but urgent and should be planned for later so in my spreadsheet I listed these tasks as “important work”. Delegate tasks are urgent but not important, and should be assigned to someone else if possible, I mention in the spreadsheet as “not important but urgent”. Lastly, eliminate tasks are neither urgent nor important and should be dropped and minimized “ Not important and not urgent”. • Prioritizing task- I then prioritize my tasks and decide order for executing the tasks. For example I use ABCDE method, where I assign alphabetical priority levels to my tasks for example A is Top priority , B is High priority, C medium priority and D low priority and E no priority
