First, avoid problems by taking an incremental approach: start with a small part of the organization where problems can be fixed quickly and with little to no disruption to the rest of the organization or to customers. Second, continue with a larger group that has a stable, well-defined business process and clean data. Third, continuing to learn from these first two implementation phases, continue to incrementally implement the ERP throughout the organization.
