I applied online, within a week was called in for interview and then a second interview. Process was easy, apply through the career site because you'll be asked to regardless. Dress nice and smile, be ready to answer questions.
The manager was extremely friendly, and was thoughtful about asking questions outside of the job. It was beneficial because I was able to hear about his experience and career up to now.
