I had a phone interview followed with the on-site interview. The company is super small and not professional. I had to take 3 days off from my current job to go for the interview for this company but they didn't bother even to give me the result of the interview! nothing at all! I spent the whole day for the interview there and then I didn't hear anything from them. The professionalism way is to inform the candidates even the NO answer! The other issue was the reimbursement process! They asked me to pay for the expenses and then they will refund me but after interview they didn't mention it! Even I waited around 1 month to see if they want to email me for the refund but nothing! I had to call them and send several emails to get my money back!
