After a zoom interview i was selected immediately to interview the DM team in Tampa. The Operations Manager suggested I visit the 11 properties I would oversee. I spent two days driving from Tampa to South Florida taking numerous notes as i visited the properties. Friay I was to meet with the team as the Operations Manager was on Vacation. During the week I was also asked to submit authorization for background check and drug test. I juggled all this while having pneumonia and during the holiday week. I show up on Morris Blvd for the interview exactly at 3pm as assigned. I meet with 4 individuals and stayed an hour and 40 minutes. I sent a recommendation letter from a prior direct report and a thank you letter to the Operations manager letting her know I visited and had many notes on all properties. No word. They say they are addressing the Negative Reviews of this company. I highly doubt this will change unless they implement Professional Etiquette in their day to day encounters. I put so much into this interview and highly qualified and to receive absolutely NO RESPONSE from anyone since the process and being this a District Manager position- I find completely a reflection of their lack of professionalism. Additionally, I called the Operations Manager only for her NOT TO ANSWER HER CELL NUMBER BUT TO HANG UP ON ME. They can choose who ever they desire for the positions but they should reply back with the outcome and feedback is always appreciated. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT as I was also relocating and searching for a home in the Saint Petersburg area in order to work with Lakeshore Management. Good Luck to them.
