The interview process was good, but the reason for rejecting me was ridiculous. They were looking for someone with force field development. I have CG force field development, so HR reached out to me. After the interview, HR told me I was rejected because I focused on CG force field development, but not all-atom force field development. This was ridiculous. If this was the reason, why did you even reach out and arranged the interview.
