Took a few months to get back to me from initial application. Phone interview with hiring manager was relatively easy which consisted of behavioral questions and background questions. They then didn't get back to me for another 1.5 months for the final phase. This consisted of a two day interview process with their data science team. Two technicals were part of this process where they tested your python and stereochemistry skills. Didn't hear back about rejection for another 6 weeks only after emailing them about it.
