Discussed the completion date of my dietetic internship, my previous community nutrition education experiences (diabetes education, plant-based diet classes, etc.), my previous nutrition research, and my experience developing and implementing a Second Chance Breakfast program. Lastly, I also told them that a personal goal of mine is to become bilingual within the next three years.
