Interview happened just for 10 minutes, he asked me to wait for HR feedback. HR came to me and said that I am not shortlisted for the next round. I met the interviewer again for feedback of my interview why I was rejected. He said that I have not answered his programming language question. The position I was called for interview is only specific to Manual Testing. As I don't have programming knowledge I was rejected. When I asked the same question to the interviewer he said that Its good to have programming knowledge that's why I am not shortlisted. Interviewer is incapable of judging "Skills Mandatory" Vs "Good to have" Main thing to notice here is, interviewer is not interested to hire anyone.
