Digital learning (also known as online learning, e-learning, or digital education) refers to any form of education or training delivered primarily through digital technologies, such as online platforms, apps, videos, interactive modules, or Learning Management Systems (LMS). It often includes self-paced courses, virtual classes, multimedia content, and assessments via the internet or devices. Regular training (or traditional training/classroom training) typically means in-person, face-to-face instruction in a physical setting, like classrooms, workshops, seminars, or on-site sessions led by an instructor with direct interaction.
