1. Initial Review and Coordination: I start by thoroughly reviewing the design development documents, ensuring that all architectural and engineering aspects are aligned. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and other consultants. 2. Detailed Drawings: I then move on to producing detailed architectural drawings, which include floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings. These documents are developed with precision to ensure they reflect the design intent and comply with building codes and regulations. 3. Specifications and Material Selection: Parallel to the drawing development, I work on the specifications, detailing the materials, finishes, and construction methods to be used. This ensures clarity and consistency during construction. 4. Quality Control and Review: Throughout the process, I conduct regular quality control checks, reviewing the documents for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. This often involves peer reviews and cross-checks with other disciplines to avoid conflicts. 5. Final Coordination and Approval: Before finalizing the documents, I coordinate with all involved parties to address any last-minute changes or corrections. Once everything is approved, the construction documents are compiled and issued to the contractor for execution. 6. Follow-up During Construction: Even after the documents are issued, I remain involved in the project by answering any RFI (Requests for Information) from the contractor and providing clarifications as needed to ensure the design is executed
