Upon hiring, job title and salary were changed when I started on day 1. Manager was stuck in Denver, and HR had papers that stated I was a high end specialist with base pay of 12.00 hr plus commission. No sales goals or cc goals were stated. This was the contract I signed. Given no other contract, all evaluations were based on a normal sales person, therefor the reviews given were in error. So was my employment. No one leaves a lead at Dillards to be a sales person for JCP.
