Berkeley Farms is one of the largest producers of bovine growth hormone (BGH)-free milk on the West Coast. Its other products include butter, buttermilk, eggnog, cottage cheese, eggs, juice, and sour and whipping cream. The dairy's foodservice division that, along with dairy other products, offers a full line of cheeses including mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, Cheddar, Jack, Swiss, and American varieties. Berkeley Farms is a subsidiary of US dairy giant, Dean Foods.
