No cubicles. No offices. No assigned seats. Every member of our team, from our interns to our President, has full run of Habitat and all its spaces. We have booths for private calls and quiet time, conference rooms for team brainstorms and presentations, and a full bar for a ton of good reasons – but outside of that, we’ve created various comfortable spaces where creative thinking can be done without the pressure of tiny walls closing in on you.
An agency can’t have a culture without people. As we invite new people into
