Established in 1995, Premier Automotive has grown from a Toyota dealership in the heart of New Orleans to 40+ dealerships serving customers in California, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Missouri, and Virginiai. The formation of our organization started after our owner, Troy Duhon, had a dream of wanting to be a car dealer. In an effort to help others make their dreams come true, Premier makes it a priority to offer the most talented individuals an opportunity to become servant leaders in its dealerships while encouraging them to seek a greater purpose in life beyond financial gain. We have been recognized as one of the country’s fastest growing automotive groups by Automotive News with sales approaching $1 billion. Through our partnership with Giving Hope, Profit for a Purpose has been the motivation for our company’s growth. At its core, the Premier vision is Profit for a Purpose, our hope is that Premier’s passion for giving back to its communities becomes contagious and resonates with other companies like ours. To put our vision of Profit for a Purpose into action, Premier sets funds aside from each new car sold. These funds allow each dealership to plant seeds with local charities in order to give back to the community. Profit for a Purpose has become a part of our culture and resonates with employees and management alike. We also strive to include our customers in this mission where possible, through outreach events and activities. The Premier organization, through the Giving Hope Foundation (www.givinghopenola.org) put over $12 million back into communities and charitable organizations they represent each year.
