Empower: Every day at Living Branches, you’ll work with your team to create meaningful moments for residents – whether you’re pouring a cup of coffee, making a bed, leading a group activity, delivering mail, or providing medical care. We see and care for the whole person, treating each resident and team member as the unique individual they are.
Support: All team members are encouraged to take advantage of Living Branches benefits. Eligible team members have access to a health insurance and wellness program, including a dedicated wellness consultant, use of campus fitness centers, and confidential mental health support.
